Simple Lemon Dressing

Prep Time: 5 Minutes 

Yield:  Cups

Ingredients 

  • Cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
  • 1 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Freshly Cracked Pepper 
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in mason jar and shake.
  2. Let sit at least 15 minutes before using so garlic marinates into dressing.
  3. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
