This product works like a charm and quickly! I drink while winding down for the night and it makes me sleepy within 20 minutes. I stay asleep, too, which has been my main issue so I wake up well rested and naturally, usually right before my alarm goes off. Love the chocolate flavor too, more like a treat.

I must say that this Honey Chamomile Collagen tastes amazing. Delicious, a bit sweet. Very soothing, but unfortunately it didn’t do much for my sleep issue. That was why I gave only 4 stars. I would recommend for a soothing evening drink.
